Have you ever had a hard time trying to open your jar?

Recently, we've heard from several people telling us that they had a very hard time opening their jar or that they couldn't open it at all! Well, you all continue to surprise us because in 17 years, we've only heard this a handful of times. We're not sure why this happens sometimes, it might have something to do with the heat (doesn't everything?), but we have a trick that works to relieve the pressure in the seal and allows you to open the jar easily. Try it the next time you have a hard time getting the lid off!
